Hi, I'm LaToya Anderson, a Mental Health Therapist. I'm dedicated to enhancing and preserving the mental well-being of my clients. I take a person-centered approach, where I concentrate on nurturing my client's strengths, fostering a sense of empowerment, and advocating for a healthy mental state. By forming a strong therapeutic bond with my clients, I help them uncover and address their conscious and subconscious emotions.
I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, working with individuals dealing with PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, chronic illness, and stress-related diagnoses. I use mindfulness techniques like meditation and physical movement to help my clients develop positive coping skills to heal from traumatic events. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couple, and family therapeutic settings.
